Adventistische Schriften über: "Women preach or teach"
Answer
Women are called by God to take an essential role in proclaiming the Gospel, by explaining and teaching the Word of God. They can often reach hearts to which men have no access, especially through personal evangelism in families and service to those in need. When women are filled with the Spirit of God, they perform an indispensable ministry that, through prayer and deeper piety, often has a great impact.
The Call to Women for Evangelism
A direct necessity is fulfilled by the work of women who have devoted themselves to the Lord and reach out to help a needy, sin‑plagued people... The women who take up this work bring the Gospel into people's homes... They read and explain the Word to families, pray with them, care for the sick, and alleviate their temporal needs.
Women, like men, can participate in concealing the truth where it works and can be made manifest. They can take their place in the work during this crisis, and the Lord will work through them... Prudent and humble women can do good work by explaining the truth to people in their homes.
It is not always men who are best suited for the successful leadership of a congregation. If believing women possess deeper piety and true devotion than men, they could indeed do more through their prayers and efforts than men whose hearts and lives are not consecrated.
Great assembly. Good attention. Tent full... I preached on this text: “Preach the Word”.
God calls for serious workers, women who are wise, warm‑hearted, tender, and principled. He calls for persevering women who... focus on Christ, speak words of truth, pray with the persons they gain access to, and work for the conversion of souls.
If a woman is appointed by the Lord to do a particular work, her work should be valued accordingly. ... God does not approve such arrangements [having people work without compensation].
