What does Ellen White write about...
Adventistische Schriften über: "What does Ellen White say about Daniel 12?"
Answer
Ellen White emphasizes that the twelfth chapter of the Book of Daniel contains a decisive warning that God's people must understand before the end times. She calls for this chapter, as well as the Book of Revelation, to be studied more intensively than ever before, because the light Daniel received was given specifically for the last days. Daniel himself serves as an example of a serious prayer life and the seeking of divine wisdom in order to grasp the revealed truths.
The Warning for the End Times
»Let us read and study the twelfth chapter of Daniel. It is a warning that we all must understand before the end times.«
Necessity of Studying Daniel and Revelation
»\"But you, Daniel, hide these words and seal the book until the time of the end; many will run to and fro, and knowledge will increase.\" There is a need for a much more thorough study of God's word; in particular, Daniel and Revelation should receive attention like never before in the history of our work.«
Preparation for the Coming Tests
»The people of God must study what characters they must form in order to pass the test and trial of the last days. Many live in spiritual weakness and backsliding. They do not know what they believe. Let us read and study the twelfth chapter of Daniel. It is a warning that we all must understand before the end times.«
Light for the Last Days
»The light that Daniel received from God was given specifically for these last days.«

Why I built EGW Vision
Hello, I am Stephan Krol. I started this Ellen White website to make the writings of Ellen G. White and the Adventist pioneers easier to access for everyone.
EGW Vision helps you find topics, statements, and quotes faster, especially when many original sources are not yet fully available in your language. The tool searches semantically, groups relevant content by topic, and presents matching results as clearly as possible in your language.
My hope is that this tool supports personal Bible study, strengthens trust in the original sources, and helps more people discover the message of these writings with clarity, depth, and joy.
