[…] But now you also put away all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, and filthy speech out of your mouth.”«
Peace and praise instead of accusation
»“Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, […] and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teach and admonish one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing to the Lord with gratitude in your hearts.” This is how Christ acted. He was often assailed by temptation, but instead of yielding or allowing himself to be provoked, he sang God's praise. […] When those who love God are tempted, they should praise their Creator instead of speaking words of accusation or criticism. The Lord will bless those who thus endeavor to make peace.«
