The danger of careless liberalism

»The progress of reform depends on a clear recognition of the fundamental truth. While on one hand danger lies in a narrow philosophy and a hard, cold orthodoxy, on the other hand there is great danger in careless liberalism. The foundation of all lasting reform is the law of God. We must present the necessity of obedience to this law in clear, unmistakable lines. Its principles must be laid before the people. They are as eternal and unyielding as God Himself.«

Liberalism that relativizes the correct doctrine of faith
