If the Sabbath celebration is prohibited, worship services on Sunday can be used to engage in missionary work and proclaim the truth about the biblical Sabbath. In such a case Adventists do not regard Sunday as a holy day, but use it for religious gatherings to warn against the false Sabbath. Through this approach the day is not honored in the sense of a Sunday sanctification, but is used for the dissemination of the divine message.
