In the end times many sincere people will leave the fallen churches to join the faithful remnant that keeps all of God's commandments. Before the plagues are poured out, the light of present truth causes those who love God above all to separate from religious communities that have drifted from biblical truth. This call to separation occurs through the power of the Holy Spirit and leads people from all walks of life to unity with the people of God.
The Exodus from the Churches in the End Times
I saw that God has honest children among the nominal Adventists and the fallen churches, and servants as well as the people will still be called out of these churches before the plagues are poured out, and they will receive the truth with joy. ... The light will shine, and every honest one will leave the fallen churches and take his stand with the remnant.

When the Adventists saw that the churches rejected the testimony of God's Word, they could no longer regard them as the church of Christ... and when the message “Babylon has fallen” was proclaimed, they felt justified in separating from their former affiliation.
God was at work, and every saint followed the convictions of his own conscience without fear of the consequences and united with those who kept all of God's commandments; and with power they proclaimed the third message far and wide.
