The Separation of Gold and Dross

True godliness will be clearly distinguished from outward appearance and glittering splendor. Some star that we admired for its brilliance will then fade in the darkness... All who wear the adornment of the sanctuary but are not clothed with the righteousness of Christ will appear in the shame of their own nakedness.
The Emergence of the Hidden
When fruitless trees are cut down as useless burdens of the ground, when hordes of false brothers are distinguished from the true, then the hidden will become visible and take up positions under the banner of Christ with hosanna cries. Those who were shy and self‑dissatisfied will openly confess Christ and His truth... The deeper the night becomes for God's people, the brighter the stars will shine.
Faithfulness Amidst Darkness
Among the inhabitants of the earth, scattered in every land, there are those who have not bowed their knees before Baal. Like the stars in the sky that appear only at night, these faithful will shine when darkness covers the earth... God has a firmament of the elect in reserve in the dark corners of the earth, who will shine amidst the darkness to clearly demonstrate to a fallen world the transforming power of obedience to His law.
