Ellen Gould White
What does Ellen White write about...
Ellen Gould White über: "How should Ellen White’s quote be understood, that we cannot perform healings in God’s name during the little time of trouble because Satan will counterfeit them?"
Answer
Ellen White warns that in the coming time of tribulation, Satan will perform deceptive miracles—including healings that appear divine but are actually his lies. Therefore, we must not accept such healings as signs from God, but test them against Holy Scripture and place our trust solely in God’s Word.
Warning Against Deceptive Miracles in the Tribulation
»Some will be tempted to receive these wonders as from God. The sick will be healed before us. Miracles will be performed in our sight. Are we prepared for the trial which awaits us when the lying wonders of Satan shall be more fully exhibited?«

Why I built EGW Vision
Hello, I am Stephan Krol. I started this Ellen White website to make the writings of Ellen G. White and the Adventist pioneers easier to access for everyone.
EGW Vision helps you find topics, statements, and quotes faster, especially when many original sources are not yet fully available in your language. The tool searches semantically, groups relevant content by topic, and presents matching results as clearly as possible in your language.
My hope is that this tool supports personal Bible study, strengthens trust in the original sources, and helps more people discover the message of these writings with clarity, depth, and joy.
